John Toohey Chambers
Adam is an experienced advocate practising in personal injury, workers compensation, public liability, professional negligence and employment related matters. He has also advised and appeared in motor vehicle claims proceedings, total and permanent disability disputes and criminal injuries compensation claims.
Prior to joining John Toohey Chambers in 2019, Adam was as a Senior Solicitor at a boutique firm where he primarily practiced in personal injury and workers compensation disputes.
Adam has experience as Counsel and as the instructing solicitor in a broad range of courts and tribunals including the District Court, WorkCover WA, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Fair Work Australia, the Federal Court, Supreme Court and a successful High Court appeal as Respondent.
Adam accepts briefs for opinion work, advice, trial and appellant advocacy and is committed to working closely with instructing solicitors to achieve the best outcome for the client.
