The members and staff of John Toohey Chambers congratulate Michael Berry SC on his appointment as the sixth Judge of the Family Court of Western Australia.
The Family Court of Western Australia has had five Judges since its inception in 1976. Mr Berry SC's appointment as the sixth Judge will help reduce delays and improve outcomes for families using the Court.
Mr Berry SC's appointment will take effect from 7 June 2022.
